El Mite de Pandora i la caixa podia representar perfectament un moment inicial en què aquests mals primaris submergeixen a la humanitat en la recança eterna. Interessava el fet que la FE fos l'últim mal de la caixa (o únic Bé segons interpretacions intencionades posteriors en la història), i el que no s'allibera. Som amos del nostre destí?

Interessava el personatge femení de Pandora, barreja de bellesa, saviesa i encant, mentida i seducció, cobdícia. No deixa de ser la definició de la humanitat mateixa. Ella és l'engany mateix disfressat d'amant, un regal per a l'home barreja de bé i de mal. Com l'esperança que després es queda a la caixa. Es pot llegir l'esperança des del punt de vista religiós, com a limitació per a l'ésser humà, o com a esperit de superació.

D'aquí la seva elecció com a single de l’àlbum.
